June reads

I read six books this month with the intention of wild releasing. Initially, none of the books I chose to read, but were given to me, or purchased to read for “Book Club”.

The first three were from Grandad’s pile of books, the next two in the freebie box of a secondhand book shop salvaged by Mam, and the most recently published (2000) was read for the Book Club that I belonged to way back then.

All books were read this time with the intention of participating in the 2007 Never Judge a Book By Its Cover Release Challenge. Mostly this happened.

This last one I’ll hang onto for a while. I read it this time through the eyes of being more aware of how the public or lay people obtain information about science. Very interesting to someone that is currently studying Science Communication.
